Any person shall be eligible to become a member of the Association who is actively involved in the Family Court and/or contributing to family law and is a:
Barrister and/or Solicitor of the New Zealand High Court
Family Court Counsellor
Family Court Co-ordinator
Family Court employee
Warranted Judge or Justice of the New Zealand Courts
Family Court Mediator
Registered Medical Practitioner
Registered Psychologist
Social Worker
Court appointed programme provider and/ or contact supervisor
Any other person with relevant involvement in Family Court issues and are approved by the Committee in accordance with the Rules of the Association.
The benefits to you as a member will be through the delivery of the objects and aims of the Association which are:
Family Court Mediator
Topical speakers and networking opportunities at regular dinner meetings;
Circulation of current literature and publications; and
Notice of relevant conferences and seminars.
